1. About us
These terms apply to bookings, gift voucher purchases and visits at Body & Soul Health Massage, 74/141 Choeng Mon, Bophut, Amphoe Ko Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand.
2. Bookings
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Advance bookings can be made via WhatsApp (+66 98 914 8027) or email. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
3. Cancellations & late arrivals
- Cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment — no charge.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment so the next guest is not delayed; the full price still applies.
- No-shows may be charged in full.
4. Health & contraindications
Please tell us about pregnancy, injuries, recent surgery, high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies or any other health concern before your treatment begins. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment for your safety.
5. Gift vouchers
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers are transferable but non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The value shown on the voucher is in the currency displayed at purchase.
6. Payment
We accept cash (THB), major credit/debit cards and online payment for gift vouchers via Stripe. All prices are in Thai Baht unless stated otherwise.
7. Conduct
Our therapists are trained wellness professionals. Any inappropriate behaviour will end the treatment immediately with no refund.
8. Liability
Please leave valuables at your hotel. We take reasonable care of your belongings while you are with us but cannot accept liability for loss or damage.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the one that applies to your visit.
